Liana wood is a smothering plant which has to be removed from its environment to allow other trees and plants to grow. Liana wood is harvested, dehydrated and sterilised.Its characteristic wavy and twisting shape creates a branch which has lots of variation in diameter, which is great for ensuring your Parrot's feet are kept well exercised. The rough outer bark also helps to keep nails and beaks trim.
Liana wood is completely digestible and the curving grooves make ideal places for wedging in seeds, nuts or pieces of dried fruit, promoting your Parrot to forage for rewards.
